The most popular development trend of screen print

  • Detail

The development trend of China's printing industry in the past 10 years, the market demand for many new printing products, such as CD-ROM, business card printing, film switch, outdoor advertising, interior decoration and trendy clothing, has further promoted the development of China's printing industry. The industry sample survey in 2000 shows that the scale of printing enterprises is relatively larger and the capital is relatively concentrated. Ten years ago, there were few printing factories with an annual output value of more than 1million yuan, while workshops with an annual output value of less than 200000 yuan and tens of thousands or even thousands of Yuan accounted for a large proportion. Nowadays, except for the small workshops that still exist in the villages and towns and emerging in the western region, the output value of general printing factories has exceeded 500000 yuan, and the annual output value of many enterprises is more than 10million yuan. According to the rough statistics of the sample survey, there are about 20000 printing factories in China (including the company's internal printing workshops) with an average annual output value of about 1.5 million yuan, and the annual output value created by the national printing industry is about 30 billion yuan

printing technology has been continuously improved

according to the sampling survey in 2000, 53.7% of the manufacturers have semi-automatic machines and automatic machines. Many manufacturers use high and new technologies and introduce more advanced digital plateless printing machines (inkjet machines) or digital platemaking equipment. The sample survey also shows that 81% of the manufacturers use calculators to design and output printing films, and it is estimated that more than 90% of them have now reached

the improvement of technical level is also reflected in the manufacturing of domestic machines, equipment and materials. More than 20 years ago, there were almost no specialized printing machine material manufacturers and suppliers in China. Nowadays, all kinds of domestic printing machines and consumables are basically complete, and there are more than 50 manufacturers of printing machines and equipment, large and small; There are more than 200 printing material manufacturers, which have been able to produce high mesh silk, full-automatic printing machines, international photosensitive materials and various printing inks

there is still a big gap

over the past 20 years, China's printing industry has developed rapidly and changed greatly, but there is still a considerable gap compared with developed countries

1. The overall quality of employees is not high enough

few people can master advanced technology, keep abreast of industry development information, and correctly formulate and timely adjust enterprise development plans; A large number of printing companies only focus on the current business, do not want to make progress, and make some money to meet the needs of many people. This has something to do with the low cultural level and the influence of traditional consciousness. It is often said that "India is characterized by simple equipment, less investment and quick results". Many other people think that block printing can only print simple pictures and texts with thick lines, and do not believe that it can print pictures with exquisite gradations. Therefore, the talents entering Indian enterprises have a relatively low education level, few have a bachelor's degree or above, and there is a very lack of skilled technicians

2. The technical equipment level of the printing factory is low

at present, there are still many manual workshops, and the factory is also dominated by manual and semi-automatic equipment. Full automatic plate making assembly line, printing wheel machine and large format full-automatic multi-color printing machine are still blank. Among the 20000 printing factories mentioned above, 46.3% (the figure in 2000) still use manual machines, and more than half of the factories do not have dryers

3. There is a gap in the overall level of machines, equipment and materials products

(1) in terms of precision and high quality, most of them, whether printing machines, silk, photosensitive adhesives, inks or even other auxiliary equipment and materials, can not catch up with the products of developed countries and regions

(2) in terms of digitalization and high speed, although China has produced large format computer inkjet machines, its market share is low. At present, we can not produce complete sets of printing wheel machines, and there are already such machines with a printing speed of 90 m/min in the foreign market

(3) in terms of supporting and multiple varieties, only the main categories are complete, and the number of high-quality, fine, sharp and special products is small. For example, although ordinary ink, UV ink and glue can be produced, many special inks cannot be produced

4. Insufficient attention to environmental protection

the equipment and materials manufactured in developed countries fully consider environmental protection, most of which are environmental friendly, and attach great importance to the air quality of workshops and the reuse of wastewater. However, we have not received due attention in this regard. The water-based ink has not passed the test, and the silicone ink is still blank. The sampling survey shows that 20% of the companies use air purification devices (purifiers and filters), 14.1% use wastewater treatment, and less than 10% use solvent recovery

5. Production management needs to be strengthened

not to mention small workshops, even in independent printing factories and printing workshops of the company, backward production management is also common. There is no own product standard, no strict operating procedures, and no strict quality management system. For example, quality control. The sample survey shows that 45% of the printing units still measure the tension by feeling

development trend

to sum up, more than 20 years have created a Chinese printing industry, which is also a vigorous industry. What is the reason why the rise and decline of electronic universal machines do not work?. But she is still young and immature and needs to grow

1. It will maintain a high speed of development: insiders generally believe that the development of the printing industry will be higher than the growth rate of the national economy. The sample survey shows the views of enterprise leaders. It is estimated that the annual growth of the company is more than 51% and the growth of more than 30% is nearly 20%. After careful analysis, it is possible to maintain a high speed of 15% in the next five years. The reasons are as follows: (1) China's Indian technology is still in the stage of rapid popularization and transition to improvement. People are optimistic about this developing sunrise industry. In addition to China's accession to the WTO and the 2008 Olympic Games, more foreign counterparts will invest in China, and domestic private investment will also increase. (2) Some emerging printing fields, such as decorative building materials, CD printing, production of flat panel displays, and application of cold fluorescent panels, may become high-speed growth points of the printing industry. (3) The change of consumer concept can also make different sound through different material components, which will have a great impact on the printing industry. For example, the increasing awareness of advertising competition has led to an annual increase of 16% in advertising investment in recent years; Another example is that the modern art market of India will become active due to the improvement of people's living standards and aesthetic concepts. (4) China's economy will continue to grow at a high speed, which is the fundamental reason for the development of the printing industry

2. Advanced technical equipment has increased significantly: (1) plate making equipment is digitalized and automated. Digital originals will soon be widely adopted; Some large printing plants have realized automatic flow operations of printing, glue scraping, plate printing, plate washing and plate drying; Digital direct plate making machine will be adopted by some factories. (2) High speed and multi-color printing machine. The full-automatic multi-color poster printing machine, multi-color T-shirt printing machine and rotary machine with thousands of prints per hour will become the main equipment of large enterprises. (3) UV ink is conducive to high-speed printing and water-based ink is conducive to environmental protection. Both will become the mainstream products of ink. (4) Other equipment, such as silk, photosensitive adhesive, rubber scraper, frame, etc., will gradually reach the international level through self-development or international exchange and integration

3. Manual operation will not be eliminated. At present, the number of Urban Self-employed and rural professional households who use manual printing is still increasing. It is estimated that this growth trend will continue for some time, especially in the central and western regions. However, it will not last long. Except for a few outstanding ones who may gradually develop into modern chemical plants, most of them may become manual printing plants dominated by running platforms. Especially in the urban-rural fringe, the site is large, the labor force is large, the transportation is convenient, and the printing speed is not slow, so it can stand in the market competition

4. Indian equipment agents and distributors may be polarized. With the rapid development of Internet and the improvement of e-commerce operations, users may place direct orders with equipment manufacturers. However, due to the variety of printing equipment and some uncertainties, many customers prefer to select and order on site. Therefore, after the development of e-commerce, some printing equipment sellers may become professional distribution centers, and the other part focuses on sales

5. Printing and digital printing go hand in hand. The rise of digital printing in recent years, the application of inkjet and computer photo in the same market as printing, makes people doubt the prospect of printing and worry that the market will be squeezed by digital printing. On this issue, the international silk industry has drawn conclusions from practice: (a) plate printing and digital printing complement each other and develop at the same time. Low print orders are printed by digital printing, and high print orders are printed by plate; (b) Using digital technology to transform the traditional printing process (such as digital plate making) to promote the development of plate printing

the question now is whether digital printing technology is developing rapidly and will one day replace plate printing. The author believes that no one can replace the other. The reasons are: (1) the deformation of the spring is measured under a certain experimental force. Plate printing is "universal printing". It has a strong adaptability to the substrate and a great tolerance to the ink (printing material). It can hardly find anything it can't print, and there is almost no ink it can't manage to miss. This characteristic determines that digital printing with specific requirements for substrate and ink cannot completely replace plate printing. (2) The printing speed has been increased to a few seconds to print a four-color poster, while it takes more than 15 minutes to spray paint a poster of the same size. With such a large speed gap, it is almost impossible for the latter to completely replace the former. (3) Digitalization and full automation are not the goals pursued by all printing enterprises. The diversity of plate printing substrate, machine and material determines the variability of equipment and process conditions. For some kinds of substrate, it is more reasonable to choose semi-automatic or manual printing. (4) The reason why silk engraving is favored by contemporary people is that the printing ink layer is thick, the color is bright, and the sense of modernity is strong. As the production tool of this art, edition will never change, just as the brush of Chinese painters will never change

to sum up, digital printing will continue to develop, and digital technology will promote the progress of printing technology; China's printing market has great potential and is not yet saturated. What they are most concerned about is the smell of TPE materials. We can say without hesitation that in China, digital printing and printing are both new sunrise industries, and the two will go hand in hand
